Liz has over 21 years of experience in leadership, coaching, consulting, management, and strategy development and execution. Liz’s art is quickly learning a business, getting to know key people and identifying interdependencies. Liz is skilled in determining internal and external factors that challenge a business model. Business leaders benefit from Liz’s recommendations and executed strategic plans. Business results achieved through enhanced business strategies, streamlined processes, elevated individual skills and teamwork are the hallmark of Liz’s work.

Liz has had the opportunity to work with leaders in financial services, transportation, pharmaceutical development, operations, customer service, customer analytics and data modeling, and human resources. She has worked on projects ranging from cross cultural collaborations, change management, community of practice development, business process reengineering, in sourcing, mergers and acquisitions, total quality management, infrastructure development and process development and implementation.

Liz is currently involved in the North Florida Business Leaders Network which provides internship and placement opportunities for individuals with disabilities. While living in Charlotte, NC Liz created partnerships between Goodwill, SP, Wachovia Corporation and Achieve Global to provide a Community Enrichment Program for individuals on public assistance, unemployed, or underemployed. Liz also served on the Board of Directors for the Seigle Avenue Preschool Cooperative.

Liz has a Masters degree in the Learning Sciences from Northwestern University, a Certificate in Organization Development from the University of North Carolina Charlotte, and undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Fashion Merchandising from Brenau University. Liz has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
